Vision and Mission:  The PHOs of North Central Florida strive to be the premier network providing quality services, resources, and education to our members enabling them to maximize the benefits of all their managed care contracts.  The PHO is committed to managing a network of quality healthcare professionals and facilities to be accessed by our contracted managed care organizations.
